Around rouge plains west there are lvl 4 and 5.
The area is safe. Other spawn is a low lvl Exarosaur.
I looted a fishing pole from one of the lvl 4 combibo 7.88 ped.
Its a good loot from this creature. MU is around 5 ped atm.
I hope its a sign of things to come but they have been around from the start of the game.
It cannot he placed in hand.
