polaris: min decay 1,77
got 54.9dmg from gen7 and 1,77pec decay -> less than 25 blocked -> less than 25 pen blocked

mayhem + 1 enhancer: min decay 1,679
got 75 dmg from gen7 and 1,679 decay -> less than 22 blocked

vigi: min decay 0,63
got 74,4 from gen 7 and 2,172 decay -> 26,28 blocked -> 12,28 pen 14 burn blocked

gremlin: min decay 0,67
got 129,8 from gen9 and 0,807 decay -> 12 blocked -> 12 burn

So we have big amount of burn and some penetration

Edit did some more calcs:
polaris:
54.9dmg received + 25 blocked -> 79.9 -> less than 31,29% pen

vigi:
74,4 dmg received + 12,28 pen + 14 burn blocked -> 100,68 total dmg -> 12,2% pen
