I was wondering if anyone can give me an explanation for why I cant deposit. I have tried on many occasions but this is all i get on my deposit page:

With the initiated transactions I called my credit card company and they said no transaction has been submitted or approved/declined why is this?

also when tryin to make another attempt to make a deposit i get this error:

Your credit card deposit could not be committed.
Reason:The request could not be authorized

all I want to know is why this is happening? why cant i deposit? why isnt my AMEX gold card not going through immediately? as I said above I called my CC companies and they said theres nothing wrong with the card I have tried to date to use both of my cards to make a deposit and I get the same messages. unfortunately I dont know what MA do but do they have weekends off because they dont reply to my emails. being new to this game It doesnt make me think good of MA at all. (sorry if MA have weekends off) I dont know how MA works at the moment because im new but I have waited 3 days since my first email and I still havent received a reply.

When I had similar problems with exactly same symptoms about month ago, it was MA tightening security atm. Problems persisted about 5 days after I filed a support case. Firs answer from support came after three days.
 
I had a similat problem on a couple of occasions. When you see the initiated status it means that its started but hasnt been received by MA. So the problem was 2 different ones for me.

1. Visa cards wouldnt deposit from ingame beasue they required some second authentication login after the MA site.
2. I deposited a large amount and my credit card held the deposit to make sure it wasnt freudulant.

But when I asked MA about the problem I literally had to harass the hell out of them. I had 2.5k USD just initiated on my account and MA only replied that I shouldnt see the intiated message :S

omg hahaha well i hope i dont get same response or im afraid I will unfortunately quit PE all together, I dont want to because i have nothing else better to do after i finish work. but my 7 yr old daughter could give better reply than what you got from them. If i get same reply PE will loose about $300+ a month from me depositing thats how much im prepared to put into the game. so I hope i get my monies worth from MA
 
Same problems with Amex, somehow the transactions are not approved. Can be caused by the 4 digit verification code. My mastercard works perfectly ( hmmm... more than perfect even ;) )

try another card, I have a support case more than 2 months old about this...

hello i cannot log in to entropia i can however log into the site and i have entropia downloaded but when i try to log in to it it opens up the screen and i get a red message saying login or password unidentified i got an email that let me make my password that is activation or aproval right well anyway plz help because support will not respond so i came here
 
Broncos, I have exactly the same problem atm. The last time I could deposit was on the 22-Sep-2005. I have been depositing for 9 months now without a problem, Now I also get the same Message

“Your credit card deposit could not be committed.
Reason:The request could not be authorized”

I have been waiting 2 days now for a reply from support. Hope it all works out though :mad: :confused:
 
I get the same problems using the in game deposit system but mine says 'Incorrect bank details' using my mastercard which is very odd especially as its activated ok :confused:

Last time I tried the web site system did not work either, got all the way through to the new '3d' verification system then failed :rolleyes: .

Tried it again after this VU and still no in game deposit, unfortunately the web site one worked ok and I had a rather large deposit I was not actually expecting. Oh well I always wanted some angel shins, really I did :laugh: .

Give the web system a go otherwise check make sure all serurity systems on CC are correct as this seems to be the main problem.

Firstly, welcome to Entropia Forum! Hopefully, you will find tons of great information here.

Secondly, it appears as if you will have to attempt a VISA or MasterCard or wait out the support reply.

Thirdly, you can't quit!!! You are my only disciple that has EVER come back to the game after leaving. I am sure I can sort you out for a few days until MA can remedy your issue.

okay guys I hear from MA that AMEX cards wont work due to the 4 digit cvv number so for those who are trying, give up because AMEX cards cant be used for depositing. so dont get all worked up and stressed out like i did :p
 
I still have this problem like you, I cant deposit (have never been able to) the only time I actually got some was from GameTime.info. But that was it. I get the Could not Authorize. I sent Ma a response they said call my card company I called them and they said everything should work. So either MA can't seem to fix anything or they are just lying to us and not doing anything for security measures. BTW I use a Visa Buxx Card.
 
yer i did have this problem too but i sent a support message and got it sorted
