can anyone pls explane what is it, and how do I get or refine those Distilled Sweat Crystals??

It is one of a dozen new materials that can be refined, using the info from the McGrangus logs that were dropped for the Genesis Star event.

So... experiment until you find it, ask someone that has done just that, find the log that has the recipe or ask the guy that discovered it to share

if they share the information the mu wont be 450% for long. Its a big perk of discovering the log

To get it you need to put the right ingredients in a refiner.

To know what the rights ingredients are was explained above already.

You may by trial and error find combinations that where found yet
