The idea is quite simple and i have run a very successful one earlier on similar lines.
Basically, it is a fixed 8% annual ROI paid monthly till the debtor or the creditor wants to close the investment.
A few basic rules
1. No collateral is being offered for the investment made.
2. Minimum investment size currently is set at 5k peds. I might revise this upwards or downwards as per market situation.
3. For investments
a. <20,000 peds : The withdrawal notification must be given 1 month in advance. These are the maximum and are put here as a safeguard to not having to make liquidations in a hurry. I will however at all times strive to provide the liquidity as early as possible.
b. 20,0000<funding>50,000 peds : A 45 day notification is required for withdrawal.
c. above 50,000 peds : 2 month notification is required for withdrawals above 50,000 peds.
I will maintain a google doc to track all investments and payouts as with my bank shares.
