I'm L9.9 pet handler and wonder if the lethargic pace at wich my ruby kanin levels might depend on my low professional level. Is it?
If so, at what level would I "max" training of ruby kanin?

Short answer:
NO - it will not get any faster.
YES - it WILL take over 1200 hours of active training to reach lev 25 (it will be reached around 77k xp, you get around 61-62xp/h with +10% generation buff).
