Im running tracker on a windows 7 64 bit, but have EU running in compatible mode for windows xp (32 bit) can this cause this error?

The message I get is: Critical error encountered, restarting application... If the problem persists, please contact support

Reinstalled 3 times now, but tracker just keeps restarting after I click on "start logging"

Anyone else encountered the same problem?

It happens to me every few days, the worst is if I don't notice the error message and it misses a global screenshot
