Priv with base SI is probably also maybe 55-65k. (If you can find one) After that have to take into account SI upgrades and attachments.
Best case scenario for SI upgrades, with lvl70+ VSE is, 1ped gold will yield up to 2 total SI.
But not a guarantee and not all SI upgrades have been done using gold or an optimal VSE lvl.
All other potential resources used can give up to 1 total SI per ped tt.
