Foma and Hell mining question

Can anyone confirm if the domes have sub server areas like on planet or does the entire dome have all the same resources? I've read some things about some of the hell mines that point to there being small pockets of resources that were previously always in the same place, but I'm not sure if that is just perception bias. Since your hit rate is also low it seems like it would take a very very long time to test this.

Do people mine differently in the domes than on the planets? From the videos I have watched it seems like people are just chicken dropping all over the place and crossing their fingers. There doesn't appear to be a method to the madness. I did watch one video from Strige where he actually had a method, but are there other methods?

Stay away from here unless you are a gambler
Also I don't have much experience mining indoors and someone might give you better answers, but all these "methods" in most cases are just players imaginations and beliefs.

FOMA/Hell/Arkadia Underground/Monria is what we call here "indoor mining" which means that the finder radius is only 50% of what it's on planet. They all are taxed with exception to Monria. Yeah you run and auto drop no problem but be prepared for very low hit rate but to compensate claims are bigger than usual, anyway, its pretty normal to get 50%/60% TT returns there so be careful if you are playing on a low budget.

This link contains the minerals chart for all domes and main area, some taxes might be outdated but the minerals i'm almost sure they are correct.

It's all the same. One server.

As for "method", no there is no special method for min/maxing it, just pick the dome with the best resource mix

What I would do is find a method that ensures a 50% or higher hitrate on planet with the claims spawning within 22m of the drop. Then attempt mining in indoor areas.
