Game spitting out Ziplex (bug?)

Hi.

Why is the game spitting out Ziplex. People are looting 1 Ziplex per minute. If this is a bug, people are clearly abusing it.

Maybe most boxes has been opened and that person was smart to wait and loot item cap is filled. What is more interesting tho is no rare token spam.
