Game stuck, tutorial trying to upgrade pet spells but have no library built hangs game

The tutorial is trying to equip a new spell to my pet, however, I have not built a library and researched a spell.

The game hangs and I can not proceed, build a library or do anything besides click on the tutorial that hangs the game.

Game is unplayable, but hey was able to deposit some ped with a credit card through dibs that was all in German.
