According to the wiki, this is the cost to tier a full set:
Tier 1: 17,29
tier 2: 111,93 (94,64 + 17,29)
Tier 3: 716,38 (604,45 + 111,93)

That should give you some idea based on a tier 0 or 1 set. It's very unusual to get back the full tier cost tho, so i'd say price should be around this:
Tier 0-1-2 set: +3k
Tier 3 set: +3,5k

This is the true cost and break down for Tier 3 alone.

Ghoul Tier 3 Mats:

Tier 3 Comps = 420 (7X60) - 546ped total at 650%
Ares Powder = 175 (7X25) - 95.55ped at 105%
Megan Ingot = 245 (7X35) - 140.26ped at 106%
Pile Of Opals = 672 (7x96) - 255.36ped at 190%
Blazar Fragments = 1792 (7X256) - 10ped

So total cost is 1047.17peds (it was basically similar cost 4 months ago when you requested this price check as well - the MU has not changed much on any of those materials for the last 6+ months)

Tier 2 was maybe 500-600 I can not fully remember because I used the same sticky note and just overwritten the mats for each tier. Tier 1 was I think around 150-250peds.

So that would mean the true cost of ghoul Tier 3 would be +4.5K minimum

Flawed thinking. Costs vs actual value are 2 different things.

Tiering costs don't increase the price by full amount of the costs.

If tier costs should all be included in price then a Tier 10 MM should have a higher price than 60-65k, since MU to get to T10 is approx 40-50k. Or would a T0 MM be now worth just 15k?

And to be on topic a friend of mine bought a T3 Ghoul for +3k a year ago. Not saying thats the current price but it has been sold for this amount.

And you get TT value back which a lot of people like to forget when including tier in pricing.

Owned multiple sets, always going for the same price. From +3k to +4.5k, the 4.5k was a full t4 set

And remembering basically all weapons and Armors have dropped between 20-70% in the last year.

As others have said, you don't usually get back all the money that's been spent on tiering when you sell, buyers all expect a rebate on this..
