Liquid cooling is starting to go on my computer, and I've been having some overheating issues.
I need to play in lower quality graphics settings until I get it replaced, but I'd still like to have the setting for global and hof animations to be on very high.
Does anyone know which setting effects the quality of global and hof animations? I thought for sure it would be particle effects but I'm afraid it isn't.
