Healing is diminished while moving

Was in Swamp Camp earlier, logged out for a few hours, and retried just now.

I'm getting the above message while fapping newbies - even though I'm not moving.

Didn't you hear? Calypso was set to spinning on its axis last VU. I hear we're going to start orbiting a star next.

Sorry, don't know what to suggest besides a relog.

Try relogging, sounds like a weird glitch

I get that quite often. Just take one step backwards and that seems to stop it happening.
