How exactly will mission rewards change?

We have in game examples how it will be.
Enought to do 16.6 k punyes at PA and see reward.
Or maybe entire rextelum and traeskeron iron missions or any iron on Arkadia.
All those i think are done with new balancing already.

4800 mobs on arkadia give a head trophy,im kinda hoping that gets changed in august cause..well that reward kinda sucks
im on 4800 for most mobs there,but im holding out on finishing them
