After the last update some people are missing the Tools button in their client loader. It is invisible but it's still there somewhere. If you need to press it to bring up the Tools window this is how you do it:
First focus the Launch button without activating it. You do this by placing your mouse cursor over it, pressing the left mouse button and while keeping the left mouse button down you move the mouse cursor away from the button. Now release the left mouse button. If it worked the Lunch button now has the input focus indicated by a light grey frame. Now press tab once to shift the focus to the invisible Tools button. Now press space. Your Tools window should open now. Good luck!
