. The book is quite simple, like you said its simple physics, in this case body mechanics. One thing people forget is their metabolic rates cause they think they can't change it due to genetics or age. Which isn't true, you can change it by choice & it's this simple truth that some people for the majority of their life are slimmer than others. I try to help people realise this tool that their body has to its fullest.
