This is a weird question in an RCE game, if "pay to win" then sure paying is an achievement
The only part that makes the case in question dubious is MAs inability to handle these kind of sales which they have silently supported previously if both parties were in EU (by handling properly I mean taking a commission + changing ownership + renaming avatar + cleaning FL during the sale). Instead they opted to keep it "illegal" knowing full well that avatar ownership transfers were are and will be happening.
