Ideas for decorating an apartment

People in Entropia are very imaginative so let's share our ideas about how we can make an apartment or house look more attractive. What are your ideas for decorating? I'll start of with a couple of my own:

Take 8 Basic Filters and place them together in a rectangle just inside a door - makes a nice mat to wipe your feet on.

Put thin yellow ammo on a table to look like a candle.

For extra "mood" lighting you can use Explosives or Mind Essence

For additional fickery mood lighting, use a payn-inc chip inserter, 15 peds from the TT. Place it behind objects or furniture for a flickery glow. Place it behind an Skull for an earie effect...

Stage built from few wooden kitchen tables... still looking for a suitable object for strippole. (Genesis A9G... unless I forgot to pay the fee)

davidgr1200 Lol - I wonder if you can hang curtains from a table?

You can hang curtains on the sides of the table... I used to make a wall from the long ones rotated upward.
Now I have some medium valace on them.

This may sound like a noob question, but how do u rotate objects when placing them?

Keep pushing on right mouse button... and move. (atleast that is how my controls works).

Note.: sometimes exact 180° rotation makes the object apper on the other side of the surface (wall window etc.). You was able to place unaccesable pictures, shelves on the outside of the windows before.
MA 'fixed' it so now it only displays 'cannot place' in these cases.

I tried the implanter but wasn't impressed by the effect, maybe it's too bright in my flat? Where is your place so that I can have a look at how you have done it? (Question to both Warpath and Chopper)

Shame that only the owner can turn lights off and on. I'll have a look at your apartment tonight.

I've tried the lighting thingy now and it works reasonably well with a Daikiba skull as long as you turn the ceiling lights out.

It works well with an Armax Skull (Complete), the horns and tusks catch the glow nicely.

Also a Cosy Candle can be mounted on a display panel as a wall light. It looks a bit strange with a horizontal flame tho
