Help: Increased crashing since VU

Hello all..

Just wondering if anyone is experiencing an increase in crashing instances since the recent VU.

I seem to crash at random times doing just about anything... even launching in safe mode sometime the launcher crashes before I can even enter my log-in information..

I know I need to just re-install EU to fix my hof swirls problem.. but the crashing didn't start until the last VU.

Any suggestions?

I play on high/very high w/ 8gb video card.. 32gb ram in quad channel, and i7-4770k processor. EU is loaded on 500gb samsung pro SSD

bump.

crashing at random times like on MS... walking around FT Troy.. etc... it's really getting annoying. reinstalling EU has not helped.
