Internal error when trying to deposit.

Whenever I try to deposit money, I get this error.

An internal database or software system error has occurred. Please try again, or contact Entropia Universe Support for further information.

Have you actually tried asking support? If you dont know how to do that go ingame press Y type support in chat click the icon then type up your support case or you can log unto the planetcalypso.com website and file a support case there. Simple Hope that helps you out. MA have said they've been having some issues with some depositing methods lately. Would of thought it would be been fixed asap .
