Question: items needed to use scissors

hello, i was wondering can i buy and use any type of chair or stool to use for cutting hair with scissors ? also am i missing anything else to do so ?

You'll be needing a 'Hair Stylist Chair' (not just any seat or stool) to go with the scissors if you want to do haircuts.

or a booth, or shop, or house... any type of estate that has item points that will allow you to put the furniture down. I guess you could theoretically drop it anywhere but that's very, very risky since anything dropped outside of an estate your avatar holds the deed to can be picked up by any other avatar... so if you went to just drop the chair next to the tp at twin or something you probably won't be owning that chair for too long.
