Items on property sell???

When u sell ur buy property. must the property be empty to be able to put the deed in trade window? or can you just hand it over with items on the property?

All items on the property are sold with it. "Sold as seen" as they say.

You cannot see what items the deed contains, If the appartment is still open for viewing then anyone can see what it contains... If they visit the appartment. However the deed does not tell you what items are left in there, It's best to make sure you remove any items unless your selling a fully furnished appartment

Sold as seen, In means to sell an object as one sees the object. It requires someone (a prospective buyer) to usually look at it or in it, depending on the object... That object is then sold, along with anything that may be in it...
