Land plots

I've been away (once again). Anything happening with the land plots after the first batch was taken by people who were willing to spend ridiculous amount of deeds on small plots? Any new waves coming out? Has anyone begun building yet?

I do not think anything has been done or added since the sale of the original plots. Maybe in the next VU should be soon I would think, they had all summer while on vacation to work on their laptops while sun bathing.
