Auction is the only way unless crafting yourself z but i think its mostly rk-0 and rk-25 out there

check on the caly auction even if on diff planet to make sure you are in the right section or filtering right. Try rk- as search to also see the higher ones

On Crystal Palace, in space just by Calypso, there is an NPC that has a daily quest, daily has us hunting the dropship wavevent in space. This is tough waveevent, should be a group of players. You can read more about it by clicking here.
This NPC is where we can get RK BPs and other BPs. Most of the time it will give blazar fragments. When talking to the NPC you can see a list of all the rewards the daily can give.

Isen't RK-5 the one that is called RK-0 now, and then the next one is RK-10 that is only looted from the dropship mission

I still get that wrong, but there was a name change, yes. It's also why I just enter rk- as a filter, so hopefully the OP has found it now.
Whatever it's called, it is the basic one. It should cost maybe 8? peds on the AH, transport costs would be 2 peds on top to get it about 12 hours later if nothing on the planet you are on. However, you also need welding wires - approx. 50k (5 peds) at something like markup (mu) 150% for the full tt, so maybe just ask a bit on whatever planet you are. If on Next Island, you can ask me

Yeah Rk-0 + welding wire is around 16-18 ped
