Why cant you enter? It doesnt matter what you use to kill with, only what your highest lvl is in the various listed professions.

my guess would be that there are not enough MF players at very high lvls to make it worth MAs time to include them plus MF is not really complete, because there are like no chips over lvl 40, on another thread one of the MA guys said there is more MF for higher lvl MF players coming soon... so perhaps MF will be included in MM next year?

There is absolutely nothing that stops you from entering Mayhem while killing mobs using MF chips.
Please stop looking for excuses and enjoy Mayhem.
