FYI: Mininglog 2023

Here comes some numbers for the usual yearly mining log for 2023

Key numbers:
2023: 98,52% TT return with average MU of 108,99%
2022: 98,87% TT return with average MU of 112,05%
2021: 96,43% TT return with average MU of 116,45%
2020: 95,93% TT return with average MU of 121,67%

TT returns are after all costs been subtracted.

The return in TT seems to be stable at ~98%, perhaps a little lower than the year before, reason can be more dual dropping as that usually gives me less TT return.
Excluded from the loggs are 1 tower (4k+ PED) and the Ark mining event (wasn't that big of interest for me anyway, so didn't compete fully)

Right, mostly. But during 1 years of mining, you try preamped, amps etc now and then, but the main profit is from what you mentioned yes.

YES, timing is everything when selling.

Agree 100%, cyles are not important at all.

I see what you mean, but lets not joke around hehe.
I'm talking about 1 years of mining, not 1 minute of mining

Cycles, timing and the amounts you sell are the 3 most important things.
For you to be able to hold during bad days and implement those 3 points above, you then need the bankroll.
Thats another important point.

Work towards profit first months, years or when ever you have that amount and don't withdraw.
Once you have enough to be able to cycle and withdraw at same time while implementing those 3 points above, it is then when you have reached the correct bankroll.

This can also be implyed to hunting with some difference in the markup between the 2.

By always mining un-amped I get the best TT return and by selling in small stacks I get the largest profit margin.

I have now reached the point where I do not have to wait for sales to continue mining, also because my stock continues to grow, and like you said, work towards profit first.

I see myself growing every month ... year... and that's the most important thing + a lot more fun.
