Missing Largest Globals on profile

Who runs Entropia Tracker Site? I am missing some HoF on my profile for largest globals
 
Entropia Tracker I think is owned by BIG Industries
 
Hi Rick - if you haven't yet, you can raise a ticket with them by clicking Settings at top right and then select Help Center from the menu on the left.

yea i have tried this so many times with no responses, also the notifcations on top right down work so i dont know if they responded either
 
This mostly happens when not enough people are running EL on the planet.
So should be no issue on Calypso, but on other planets quite often some globals are not tracked.

Well he was talking about some HoFs which should be visible on all planets.
 
This happens more then you think and has been an issue for a long time.
Support is non existent.
 
I cant login 2 weeks, 2 times tried to contact them , no answer, i had usual no hofs on calypso when mining, + alot nonexisting globals on account all small sizes, like somebody else runing my avatar in game.. gl find support of EL ...
