missions that grant access to instances

Recently I did the "Cyclops cavern" and the "Neomex cave" missions, and I like that we can go back again to those instances with a team. I looked around but can't find a good list of other missions like these. I rather like them, and would do more if I knew where to look.

Crystal Palace cave need mission to enter also.

It used to be 5000 kills of aurlis, the cave is not taxed but the normal aurlis/kreltin in domes are.
