New to Entropia and cant log in !

Hi everyone,

I downloaded entropia universe which took about 4 hours to do, i am using windows vista and it says unknown version of windows, can anyone let me know if they have vista and if so how do i run entropia off of it. my pc is a brand new dell 9200 dimension and second life works on it, please help me if you can.

P.S. I played it for a little while on my laptop but it was too slow i noticed there is a mentor section, can u also please let me know where i can ask for a mentor.
 
Errr....I'm not sure there's support for Vista yet but someone else may correct me.

For mentors, ask around here (or Port Atlantis maybe). Don't do too much before you get a mentor - once you have skilled for a while you can no longer get a mentor.

Second life is also not supported officially but it is because of an issues with drivers and not vista itself, what is the quickest way to get me online and working i am not sure the best way to contact technical support, and thank you about the mentor advise as soon as i can get on i will seek one out.

Right click on the Entropia shortcut.

Select 'Run as Administrator'

I am using Vista Ultimate. Have been running it since it was released. No issues at all other than needing to disable the music ingame (CTD when dying)

Other than that I have had no problems.

I am in the UK and I use UKash to my depositing.

Not sure about Paypal (don't think so, but not sure)...but why not use Ukash and get a free weapon for it? They even have the offer on the front page of the Ukash site. http://www.ukash.com/
Just find the nearest outlet and buy a voucher with cash and you're rocking.

The outlets are usually Spar shops or places that you can top up mobiles, and if they play dumb ('cos the shop guys don't know what ti is and can't be arsed fidning out) it's under "e-money" on their terminal.

The site has a finder for the closest place.
