No loot message and now cant log back in

Was hunting some eviscerators for the daily missions, suddenly i started to get the "this creature didnt carry any loot" message in 10-15kills in row....
then I tried to relog but now game wont let me back in lol. "an internal error has occurred" message.

I have somehow managed to skip that Internal Error message by Press the Tools / Repair into Client Loader.


Being logged on into the place where i have logged out (in the field between Steelbirds Elites, i started killing em
Surprise Counted 10 in a Row with the awsome message of:

All i can say, i feel sorry for Project Entropia -> Looks like these Robots / Viruses have killed our Server CORE.

Easy fix pay more for better servers.

Better servers won't fix bad code and years and years of adding stuff on top of old code. Hopefully new game engine and remake will fix it

Guys, don't go so many mobs with no loot messages. I stop after 1, or 2 max. It means something is wrong and you possibly will never get that loot, will have to file a support case, etc.

I wait my answer more than 3 months. MA just close my case.



I had given them all the evidence with dates and times. But they just shut everything down.
Now I have sent them new evidence that happened a week ago. No response.
Every night something like this happens, plus the animals that need to be shot 10 peds sometimes give 0.0035 -0.05 pecs.

I love the game but this sort of support at given times makes it uninvinting

You need to provide your logs along with timestamps. I have had one occasion where support refused to refund the no-looters because I didn't provide the number of occurences, the maturity + name of creature hunted.

Once I provided that info, they compensated me (generously) for the no-looters.

That being said, we shouldn't have to provide logs on this type of issue, especially since the option to log chat is disabled by default! but then again I can only imagine the number of requests they are getting and it's just easier for everyone if you provide them.
