Question: noob / silly question

hey everyone

just came back recently still trying to figure out some things

my question is , as far as i know the yog buff bessides being expenssive its not working in the excavators , so why doesnt the rinngs with reload speed work either ? or do they ? and my testing was just bad

Yog buff was supposed to work on excavators but instead it worked as a ring and ppl used the bug on events.not sure if the yog now work as intended but it surely dnt work as a ring now
