hi i carnt seem to get back online to play i busted my mobile that has the Entropia Pocket app for the two stage activation
i got a new phone so i sent a support ticket to Mindark
was told to go to a link to upload which is a FAQ link but goes straight to the authenticator so that no good
uploaded my pictures my driving licence front and back the uploaded bit only takes one file at a time when i do it i get one of the following messages
internal error
server eroor
try again a few mind
the support ticket does not show the pics so dont know if they uploaded or not and i have not heard a peep from Mindark support since
does anyone know their support office hours in UTC i would of thought that i would get at least one eply a day but nothing
no chatbox to mindark which would make these issues a lot quicker to resolve
i dont have the code to deactivate it since been over 10 years since started this game
