Below what a new apartment in the same size would cost. That is 450 peds if I remember correctly, so maybe 350-400 peds?

I might be wrong though, but I don't see anything special with the apartment regarding position. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If I am correct there are no new appartment with same size in the auc...
