So lately ive noticed , people talking about player retention, and why players leave. So i guess this is more of a discussion on how MA can keep players engaged in the game , i realize this game revolves around money, so you get people for multiple reasons joining. Ive hosted fun monria elder of the gods speed suit events and the feedback ive gotten from new players is its fun, they couldnt have done this alone and its hard to find people to help/guide them.I do believe the new players have potential to be big depositors , free to play contributors and such to the economy of the game , but they say that they dont depo for lack of community or guidance ,so its hard for them to think of investing when they cant seem to figure the game alone. I understand some will say they need to read forums and such, and there are socs/players that take time out of their day to teach , but if we want a chance to allow UE5 to flourish and not tank , MA should start communicating with the current community to come up with plans and ideas to help players, mentorship is somewhat good but it burns out any commited mentor. I do believe that educating/informing new players will benefit us as a whole , because just like IRL if someone came to me and asked if i want to invest in something with no knowledge or explanation i would not, but if i had more jnformation or idea of how such investment works i would be less reluctant to dismiss it right away, so lets brainstorm ideas , maybe simple updated tutorials , tips and tricks ,f2p and depositor guides , bankroll management and such will help the future generation of EU players, just because some of us startrd the game in 2004 with no help or knowledge, shouldn’t mean the new players now should start the same
