i cant find anywhere to put this

i cant log into my acount i havent all day


it told me that i hada bad user name or password so i tried to log into the "my section" and it told me that i had failed to many times and to wait 30 min

an hour later on the first try i got the same message

so i clicked to reset my password changed it and i get the same thing


now i cant find a link that will let me send in my problem without logging in

Are you remembering that they make you use a capital letter in the password? I ask cuz it got me when I tried to log in the first couple of times.

yeah i have capital lower and numbers in it its the same password ive used for a number of things

umm.....i'm pretty sure you have to be logged in to do a support case

sry but i dont know what to say aside from the usual
ensure your keyboard is fully plugged into the PC *yes if a prong is not in it can basically leave part of your board dead*


and make sure you dont have caps lock on

Make sure you don't have caps lock on.... I always seem to trip up around that darned, 'a' key
