Question about EP damage levels.

I just want to makes sure that I understand what the value in the column means. If I understand correctly that is the max damage the mob will do. The danger level is not a damage multiplier just the aggressiveness of the mob, correct ? Is there a category that tells how accurate the mobs hits ? What does the threat level mean, does it tell how accurate the mob hits will be ?

Danger level is the ingame mob's level, like L10. Threat level (HP/dmg * 10) was an old (before MA added visible levels to mobs) players' attempt to introduce a similar universal comparative parameter.
