EDIT: With 86 heal and 75.25 effective heal, 22 uses/min gives it an effect of 27.6 heal/sec... slightly higher than the SK-80.
It probably has a bit lower eco, but with 25 meter range... very nice

oh nice, did they say when it would be starting to drop or added to loot pool, or possibly what mob will drop it?

They should make the Kerberos drop it, they don't drop any MindForce chips (no idea why they didn't add any at all when they reintroduced it?) and I would love a chance (tiny as it may be) to get one of those awesome chips
I don't know if this is true or not:
Besides from that I haven't heard any drop of that (main chip dropped by mul elites apparently is Kinetic Strike II (L)).
