First no i don't leave but the most from my customer know that we want to build a house in Thailand,
but or and Putin made it 30% right now more expensive and in next 2 years will be more and more expensive because Thailand buy most crafting material from Russia.
The most of you know the idea was to save 2-3 years and pay all by one. But the 14k€ we saved for now is if we save 0€ so we decided to get 2 credits and build the house now with whole credits. So it is now more important as before to get as much money as fast as possible to pay the credits fast back and save interests. Blueprint phase is stucked noone answer anymore because prices rise and rise again 20% new rising for house prices, so we chosed now to wait 2-unlimited years until it get back to a normal "new" level. So hose cost now from 60k€ 100-120k and when we are ready to build get all documents it cost maybe 140-160k not worth to build at that prices. And we cant get that money as fast prices rise. So we will see in how much years we can build it or we never build one.
The most of you don't know, that we will write down each customer from us thanks for supporting and still support us on the inside of the roof with ingame names. Photos will follow when we start in December / January if all works out like we planed. Videos too on YouTube in German and English will be posted here too or in a new thread.
Before i list all my skills a few info s about the house we want to build.
The YouTube video is the option if we don't get the last 20k€ for my own blueprinted house with 2 apartments, i will upload the PDF not sure if someone will understand them
