Skills convert

Hi!
If i want to convert from HG to Rifel and/or laser to BLP, is it enough to by some rifel and BLP skills?

you cannot convert handgun skills to rifle, or any single skill to another..

If your able to find someone that wants to do the same thing but the other way, that would be the best way, then you could trade skills

Otherwise, you will need to skill the old fashioned way, or purchase skills.
