You sure you speak about twin mall ?

Last time i saw some sold , it was lvl 1 and 2 shop , and price was around 20-25k.a lvl 3 shop will cost you 25-30k ...

For twin mall yes.

Yes PA mall are cheaper.But you have way less item in the shop, and probably less customer.

I think emerald lakes mall is cheaper.

I think emerald is lower priced than pa or twin since it's harder to get to, so fewer people travel there, but I don't know exact prices on the current market.
