The goal of this thread is to show that mining can be profitable long term.

1st Goal is to hit 2k of profit

2nd Goal is to hit a Tower

3rd Goal is to chip evade to lvl 30

4th Goal is to buy a Dante Amp

5th Goal is to buy a LA

I will mostly be using purchased level 2 amps.

Stryder

Mining Tips:

1. Do longer runs. A good run is 200 drops or more of ore or enmatter.

2. Use different finders. Ores live at different depths. You as a miner need to know this.

3. Track your claims. A great utility is Little Big Mining Log

4. Go for markup. Study the Auction to see which ores or enmatter have good markup and go mine in areas that have those.

5. Stop mining during the dry times. Sometimes during the day a dry spell of mining will come along. When this happens either log off or do something else.

6. 3 rule drop. If you don't hit anything after 3 drops move on to another spot.

7. Have Fun.

A big thanks goes out to all the other mining blogs and miners where some of these ideas come from.

I use TT Finder, F105, Ziplex Z20, and TK320 depending on the area and ore/enmatter targeting

I will mostly be doing ore runs except in areas with good enmatter markup.

I did prove that mining long term is profitable........ And honestly My crafting did not effect my outcome.... I can say this First hand....... I am down alot more then i like to speak about crafting. lol

But even if i never crafted i can make mining long term profitable.....

I think that's the point...your crafting losses boosting your mining returns...maybe I misunderstand your statement above.

Anyways I still agree mining markups are the best way to profit :)

If the 'crafting' losses did effect my mining in any way i would of seen MORE in mining returns then i did.....
I also haven't done the full caculations up on my log which i should do to finish it up but ya you will see when i do that up it's all contained in it's own world.
