Support cases? Does anyone work there to resolve them?

First, let me go back about 10-20 years.

Back then you made a support case ... If further info was needed, you were asked but your case remained open.
Eventually when the problem was solved and the case was closed.
After the problem was solved, you even got a survey asking if you were satisfied with the solution.


How the work currently is being done...

We are currently looking into it further, however we cannot provide TP locations so you will have to go back and take the teleporter unfortunately.
We've forward a bug report to our Dev team / the Calypso team for further investigation.

Still having the same problems

This is actually sad, but you are right this is how now support treat players. By my own example I can tell you they even don't read them.
I admit, I did abuse writing to support- first with my ideas how to make game better , then with complains about about my returns. Few times I was lucky enough and I think actually person read my support case and they helped me, but you need to be surreal lucky to get "satisfied" answer.
 
After the problem was solved, you even got a survey asking if you were satisfied with the solution.
I guess they noticed that the results of that were demotivating the support staff. As managers prefer to keep the team motivated, they removed that type of feedback.

Is this the exact name of the Teleport location?
On the upside: they know that it's a TP.

Really odd that they were asking back about the exact spelling, though. I guess it's because they still can't fix the spelling of Lorfat's Prize with that wrong apostrophe (among other names in the game with the same wrong apostrophe).

Hint: a backtick is not an apostrophe
