There was a Tier 10 in auction for +35 from Anyz (I dunno how to spell his name) for a long time a while ago. Not sure if it sold but he would prolly know. So arround there seems realistic!

To be honest, if he has it listed at +35k the true value is somewhere around +25k... minus a tier... +23k
