Looted from either a Motorhead Prince, or high lvl Royalty (its a mixed spawn and I don't remember which)

Since I dont have the skills for it, I placed it in Calypso Auction for anyone interested in looking at it.

Its the only place I get them, but its also the only place I hunt or do instances
