Question: Texture maxed levels nerfed?

Texture maxed levels used to follow max=req*1.1+2.5, meaning textures with required lvl of 0.0 were maxed at 2.5. This doesn't seem to be the case anymore:



Can anyone shed more light on this?
 
Does it happen with any calypso textures too?
 
It seems to be the same with colors. At lvl 4.51 colorer, I'm not maxed on blue and yellow anymore.
 
Tbh sounds like a bug of some kind, i would raise a support case to clarify.

If they have raised skill req's of colouring/texturing then has made a difficult vocation extremely hard.
 
V15, the big nerf release with some taming :(
 
I guess someone close to these levels will have to do some testing and see if they get 100%... not sure if there's an easier way to test this.

There are also issues with textures not displaying correctly (they all display at 100% saturation, at least for some people). Not sure if these issues are related though.

I performed a test with 3*325 miluca texture (used to be maxed at 3.05, I had just maxed it, now it displays SIB for me).

I got 100.0% on all three fields (my poor Sleipnir :))

Hence, this might be a display bug after all. Or I'm just lucky. Rather the former, I reckon.
