Question: Tier 0.9 not wanted anymore

Been away for a while and heard about some changes etc to the tiering part of the game. I myself have no knowledge about it, but was curious to hear if the market to sell tier .9 Unlimited items is totally dead now?

Absolutely not. Some Items I don't see the point in paying extra for tiers. Example low heal, dps, protection items. To slap enhancer on those items is just a waste of PED. Some might want those but I'm not one of then

People will always need to skill, so your tier 0.9 opalo's / m2100's are always useful. Difference is, it costs a fair bit more now per tier attempt, and there is no risk when tiering a proper item, the only help for higher skills is you get more TT back per attempt.

So, the market has just fallen in tt+ for 0.9's rather than crashed.
