Tier Upgrade Hof list...

How exactly is the hof list generated? Is it like normal hof list by TT value? or value MA gives to the item?

Today i Upgraded my ME/05 SGA and it is #1 hof... TT is around 66 peds...

It beat out a Tier 2 military 41
It beat out a Dragon Breath tier 1 (high TT many 1000 ped)
It beat out a M2930 ME tier 1...

And is currently #5 all time high... infront of...

how is this data ranked?

Ranked by level of madness required?
 
Different kind of items may have different formulas. But i'd guess it something like dps * tier or max tt * tier for weapons.

That may be a factor, but L items need no materials and are still ranked, often higher than unlimited items.
 
my upgrade took
2 piles or garnet 30 peds
560 oil 12peds
299 blaz
37 simple I conductors
149 tier 1

so like 60-80 peds TT i think? with out mark up... when i failed i would get 60-80 peds back in residue
 
Rank for non(L) is by the TT of all materials used in the Tier process, minus the secondary item.

that can be confirmed easy then... i gave my tier materials... now if someone who is lower on the ATH list gives their... like adjv1 or RJ or Dragon breath(earlier in the day hof)

see if my TT is higher... and then we have the hof ranking system
