All my paradox parts are now 0.9 and ready for tier 1. Do i need mad tiering skills or i have a chance if buying all ingredients and try? Im prolly low tiering lvl since i never crafted in my life.

It doesnt fail ever, the only difference is, the higher skills you have the more of the materials will be returned to you, also higher skills may give you a better chance to tier higher than the .0 of the next tier level.
