Once the starting bid has been met there will be a 1 week phase like in the AH if no other bids the Shop will be sold. I reserve the right to cancel at anytime prior to receiving the starting bid. I wont be able to cancel once starting bid has been placed.
To save us any trouble once Starting bid has been met any increases in bid will have to be a minimum of an AUD or 100ped.

Some info: This booth is near the most used televator for floor 7 - and Floor 7 is where the new mirsal token daily quest giver is. The large shops are also, on floor 7 which draw ppl alone but, since the new daily quest giver this position is prime location for floor 7 only 1 spot better for a booth.
Like most sales I reserve the right to cancel the sale at any time and once I've received my first convincing offer it there will be 7 days from that moment for a better offer or the total buyout.
